作法

2 将豆芽放入加少许盐的热水中煮1~2分钟,沥干水分,放入另一个碗中。 放入少许盐、粗磨黑胡椒粉和1汤匙麻油,盛盘。
3 拿平底锅,中火加热1/2汤匙色拉油,放入洋葱小炒。放入猪肉炒香。

Ingredients(2 servings)
Bean sprouts – 1 bag (about 200 g)
Shaved pork – 200 g
Onion (large)- ½ (about 100 g)
White toasted sesame seeds To taste
Marinade
Soy sauce – 1 ½ tablespoons
Gochujang, sesame oil – 1 tablespoon each
Sugar – ½ teaspoon
Garlic, grated – ½ teaspoon
Salt, coarse ground black pepper, sesame oil, vegetable oil
Directions
1. If the pork pieces are large, cut them into easy-to-eat pieces. Place in a bowl, add the ingredients for the marinade except for the sesame oil and rub the marinade into the meat. Add the sesame oil last and stir. Thinly slice the onion lengthwise.
2. Blanch the bean sprouts for 1-2 minutes in boiling water with a little added salt. Strain and transfer to a separate bowl. Toss with salt, a little coarse ground black pepper, and ½ tablespoon of sesame oil. Transfer to serving plate to serve as a bed.
3. In a frying pan, heat ½ tablespoon of vegetable oil on medium heat, add onion, and sauté briefly. Add pork and sauté until fragrant. Heap on top of bean sprouts and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
