Meet the Owners
Rachel
Growing up, I was fortunate to have grandparents who lovingly took care of us while our parents worked. As adults with our own families, we were blessed to have our parents step in and watch our children, giving us the same comfort we once had. However, I quickly realized that many families don’t have this support system. As a nurse, I saw how challenging it can be for parents to find reliable, trustworthy childcare—especially for those working varying shifts.
This experience led us to create Trinity Early Learning Academy, a childcare facility that not only provides high-quality care but feels like an extension of the family. Our mission is to build a welcoming, family-like atmosphere for the children, their families, and our staff. We strive to create an environment where children can grow and thrive, while giving parents the peace of mind that their children are safe, loved, and well cared for.
We are dedicated to maintaining a clean, supportive, and family-oriented space where everyone feels valued and respected.

People often ask us, “Why childcare?” As a mother of four—ages 20, 18, 13, and 6—I can tell you they are all wonderful children, each at a different stage in their lives. My two oldest are responsible and independent, while my younger two are still finding their way. I never had to think about childcare for my older kids, as I had the support of family. But as my parents grew older and could no longer care for my youngest, I found myself needing reliable childcare, which is why he now attends Trinity Early Learning Academy.
Every corner of our academy has been thoughtfully designed with care and love. From the big tree in the playroom to the murals my daughter painted on the walls, every detail was chosen to make our space inviting and warm for everyone. When we hire educators, we take our time because we aren’t just looking for employees—we want passionate, dedicated individuals who truly enjoy working with children and helping them grow.
Our staff are not just employees—they are part of our family. We believe in creating a supportive and positive work environment because it’s essential for the well-being of both the children and the educators. We hope everyone notices the little touches that make our academy special. Here, it’s not just about childcare—it’s about building meaningful relationships, nurturing growth, and discovering the potential in every child.
